EdsAgentXtravaganza Commerce Publisher is a private business tool used by EdsAgentXtravaganza to manage organic Pinterest content that promotes products from our Etsy shop. This policy explains what information the tool accesses, how it is used, and how it is protected.

Information the app may access

When connected to Pinterest through Pinterest's official API, the app may access information authorized by the Pinterest account owner, including:

• Basic account/profile identifiers needed to identify the connected business account.
• Pinterest boards and board metadata.
• Pins and Pin metadata created or managed by the account.
• Organic Pin and board analytics made available through the Pinterest API.
• OAuth authorization tokens required to maintain the authorized connection.

The app is not intended to access or manage advertising campaigns, ad billing, payment information, or ad spend.

How information is used

• Creating and managing organic Pins and boards.
• Linking Pins to EdsAgentXtravaganza product listings.
• Reading organic performance data to understand which content is useful to customers.
• Maintaining secure authorization to the Pinterest account.
• Recording local operational receipts and status information for accountability and troubleshooting.

Storage and security

OAuth credentials and access tokens are stored locally on an authorized business workstation in protected files with restricted operating-system permissions. Secrets are not intentionally written to public project files, public logs, analytics reports, or published content.

Operational records may store non-secret information such as Pin IDs, board IDs, timestamps, status results, and content hashes.

Sharing and sale of information

EdsAgentXtravaganza does not sell Pinterest account data or personal information accessed through this app. Data is not shared with advertisers or unrelated third parties. Information is transmitted to Pinterest only as required to use Pinterest's official API and provide the functions described above.

Data retention and deletion

Pinterest-derived operational data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate and maintain the business integration. The account owner may revoke Pinterest authorization at any time through Pinterest account settings. Locally stored OAuth tokens and related operational data can also be deleted from the authorized workstation when the integration is discontinued.

Third-party services

This app communicates with Pinterest through Pinterest's official developer platform and API. Pinterest's own terms and privacy practices apply to information processed by Pinterest. Product destination links may point to the EdsAgentXtravaganza Etsy shop, which is governed by Etsy's own terms and privacy practices.

Children's privacy

This business tool is not directed to children and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if the app's features, data access, or business practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
